“ Let me 1st start off by saying thee very Best Popeyes Ive ever been too in my entire life. I came to this location on 9624 around 930pm, one car ahead of me, however when I say no waiting extra, no asking me to pull up like the ones in Newport News. I pull up to place my order and customer service Exceptional please come down to both Newport News area and teach them how its done. I ordered a 12 piece chicken combo with mashed potatoes and I was hesitant on ordering something else the lady stated take your time, you sure you dont want anything else, very pleasant, got to the window, paid for my food and got my food, as I stated didnt have to pull up nor did I wait long, I was in and out under 10 minutes and my food was hot. Huge KUDOS to Williamsburg Popeyes. I will travel there from now on to get my food. ”

She offered excellent customer service, had a positive, pleasant attitude and was warm and inviting. Every time I come to this location, my food is neatly made. Order is correct, customer service is awesome, and even if I am asked to pull up, my wait time is so much shorter than other restaurantslocations. This reminds me of service from when I was younger! Very happy to have a fast food establishment around with this level of service ”
